Personal Background:

I currently reside in the lovely town of Kirkland, better known as Clinton. I have lived here for over 32 years with my husband and daughter. Our daughter graduated from University at Buffalo and from Buffalo State and now lives in Albany. We love it here as it is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. I am a member of the Vestry at my church. Several years before that I was Sunday School Director and taught Sunday School. I was also a member of the Clinton Kiwanis. In 1966, after graduation, I became a Flight Attendant and moved to Boston until I got married in 1979.

I am very involved in the community with the Ride for Missing Children and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as a speaker. I go to area schools to do safety presentations on child safety. We also do bicycle safety presentations at area schools. I am on the Board of Directors of my Cycling Club. I, along with my husband, were inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame at the Children's Museum in Utica for our contribution and promotion of cycling. What an honor!! I am President of the G.E. Ski Club of Utica. Our club is involved in many community events such as the Boilermaker Road Race, Relay for Life, and many fundraisers for cancer. I have been a skier for most of my life and enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing. Kayaking and sailing are other passions of mine. I like to be involved, especially in the community. It is very gratifying to give back.

Professional Interests:

I am involved with my local Board of Realtors and have been for many years, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for 4 years, Chairperson for the P.R. committee for over 10 years, and Chairperson of the Risk and Legal Committee for 4 years. I currently sit on the Professional Standards Committee and have for over 12 years. I recently stepped down as Chairperson for the Realtor Political Committee after serving for 10 years.

I am a member of the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and I hold a Certified Buyer Agent certificate. To further serve my customers and clients, I am a member of the Utica-Rome Board of Realtors and the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
