What is your personal background?

I have been so fortunate to have had a wonderful career in Real Estate right here in our local community! It's been a privilege to help buyers and sellers and to be closely involved with them at a most important time in their life. My Master's Degree in Education & Psychology has been a gift to enhance my understanding of this process and has enabled me to offer sound advice and information, and to guide others through this challenging process.

I grew up in Sidney, NY, and taught elementary school for 5 years, moving from Skaneateles to New Hartford in 1974. Our 3 daughters grew up here and now their families, including my 15 grandchildren, are all living happily close by.

What accomplishments and successes have you had as a Realtor?

During my 40+ year career, I have had amazing experiences and have worked with highly dedicated and talented Realtors. Joe Carucci, highly respected Realtor, was my mentor. Together we attended most Prudential National Conventions. I was honored to speak at a 4000 Realtor Prudential National Convention on a Superstar Panel in San Diego with top agents from Atlanta, Houston, San Diego, Kansas City and Boston. I received one of 7 national marketing awards. I achieved the President's Circle Award, putting me in the top 2% of Prudential Realtors Nationwide. I attained the highly respected Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI), and was honored to be the Greater Utica Board of Realtors-Realtor Associate of the Year, and then the New York State Realtor Associate of the Year. Yes, it has been an exciting, rewarding and wonderful journey!

The most meaningful moments of my career were those where buyers and sellers made decisions that would enhance their quality of life. I have sold many homes to wonderful people who became special lifelong friends. That's what matters.
